Control Support Engineer
The Control Support Engineer will be responsible for assisting customers with the installation, configuration and Programming of a wide range of Extron A/V control products. Extron control hardware and PC software are used to manage A/V devices through various interfaces such as serial (RS232/422/485) and network protocols (TCP/IP, UDP, SSH etc) These A/V systems include both Extron and third-party equipment such as switchers, projectors, displays, and lighting systems. A strong background in other control systems - such as Extron, AMX, Crestron, or QSC - is essential, along with reasonable experience in Python programming (or similar). The ideal candidate will demonstrate a deep understanding of integrated A/V environments and be capable of adapting to diverse technical challenges.
