You can use the Device Settings option to change the IP address of the connected device and the baud rate of RS-232 ports. You can also create or modify passwords for the device.

IP Settings
The factory default IP address is 192.168.254.254. To change the IP address of the device:

PasswordsThe MPX Plus 866 A accepts both Administrator- and User-level passwords. When an administrator password exists on the device, DSP Configurator requires the administrator password before connecting to the device in Live mode. To create or modify a password on the device:

Executive ModeExecutive mode is also known as front panel security lockout. To prevent accidental changes to the settings on the unit, the MPX Plus 866 A provides two executive mode options. Enabling mode 1 provides lockout of all front panel buttons. Enabling mode 2 provides a partial lockout. The basic functions are unlocked and include making ties and recalling presets. With mode 2 enabled, you can still set input audio gain and attenuation. To set executive mode:
