How do I... create a display disconnection email?

1. Select a Display Port in the IP Link Tree window.

2. Click the Monitor tab.

3. Click the Add Monitor button.

The Monitored Conditions Wizard dialog box opens.

4. Enter a unique name in the Monitored Conditions Name field.

5. Click Next.

6. Select a Subject Port (device).

7. Select Available Options > Connection Status Is Disconnected.

8. Click Apply Condition.

9. Click Next.

10. Click Next a second time to add an email notification.

11. Select Email Messages > Disconnect Notification.

12. Select the desired Contacts.

13. Click Apply Email / Contacts.

14. Click Done.

Note: You may use the Contact Manager...   and Email Manager...  buttons to create new email contacts
and new custom emails.
