1. Provide a pre-configured collaboration system that shall support up to four HDMI sources, offer compatibility with new or existing furniture systems, and include the necessary cabling, switching, and mounting components.
   1. Pre-configured collaboration system with up to four HDMI cables, a four-input HDMI switcher, a system controller, a cable access enclosure, and other necessary system cables to support four digital sources and display content on one screen
      1. Cabling Requirements
         1. Shall include four HDMI cables with 3-conductor pigtail for contact closure and tally, to support laptops or other sources
         2. Cables shall include a backlit button that, when pressed, will indicate the currently selected input
         3. Shall conform to HDMI High Speed cable specifications
         4. Cables shall support full resolution, full frame rate digital video up to 4096x2160 at 60 Hz at 4:4:4 chroma sampling
         5. Show Me™ cables shall be six feet (1.8 m) in length
         6. Shall include a twelve-foot (3.6 m) HDMI to HDMI switcher to display cable
      2. Switching Requirements
         1. Shall include an HDCP-compliant, four-input switcher
         2. Shall support legacy analog sources using an optional Extron TeamWork VGA Kit
         3. Switcher shall support full resolution, full frame rate digital video up to 4096x2160 at 30 Hz at 4:4:4 chroma sampling
         4. Shall support HDMI specifications including data rate up to 10.2 Gbps, Deep Color up to 12-bit, and HD lossless audio
         5. Shall provide automatic EDID management between connected devices
            1. Provide a set of pre-stored EDID files
            2. Support capture of EDID from a connected display
            3. Support assignment of pre-stored or captured EDID files for each input connection
         6. Shall provide one RS-232 serial control port
         7. Switcher shall be half rack width, and 1U in height
         8. Shall be equipped with an external universal AC power supply capable of supporting 100-240 VAC, 50/60 Hz power
      3. Mounting Requirements
         1. Shall include a modular, furniture-mountable enclosure for housing HDMI input cables and AC power modules
         2. System equipment shall be mountable in an optional Extron UTS 100 Series Under Table Shelf System
      4. Control Requirements
         1. Shall include an AC power and device controller
         2. Controller shall include one AC power outlet
         3. Controller shall include a bidirectional RS-232 serial port for communication with a serially controlled device
         4. Controller shall include an IR port for controlling an IR capable device
         5. Controller shall include a contact closure input for detecting a switch closure
         6. Controller shall include an Ethernet control port and a built-in web server with memory available for storing device drivers, GlobalViewer, and custom user Web pages
         7. Controller shall retain AC outlet status, including user defined settings, during power loss
         8. Controller shall support disabling of front panel controls to prevent inadvertent or unauthorized changes to configuration settings
         9. Controller shall be equipped with an internal 100-240 VAC, 50/60 Hz universal power supply
      5. General Requirements
         1. Shall support four digital sources
         2. Shall support use in all major world markets
         3. Shall meet regulatory compliances
            1. Shall comply with appropriate requirements of section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act (29 U.S.C. 794d)
            2. Approved device shall be the Extron TeamWork 400, part number 42-275-01; no alternates or equals.
