1. Provide a 7” touchscreen interface for switching and control of AV equipment
   1. Tabletop 7” touchscreen user interface for AV and control systems
      1. Provide a 7” color touchscreen with 18-bit color depth and 800x480 resolution
      2. Device shall support Extron IP Link configurable control processors
      3. Provide built-in speakers located in the bottom left and right corners of the touch panel which can be configured to provide audio and button feedback as well as the audio from the MTP input
      4. Device shall have a female RJ-45 jack located on the back of the enclosure that supports 10/100Base-T, half/full duplex with auto-detect for connection to a LAN or WAN and includes link and activity LED indicators located on the left and right of the jack for troubleshooting network issues as well as supports PoE- Power over Ethernet, 802.3af and include a PoE injector
      5. Device shall support the following protocols: ARP, ICMP (ping), IP, TCP, UDP, DHCP, HTTP, SMTP, Telnet
      6. Provide a built-in MTP receiver connection with support for signal adjustments located on the back of the panel. The MTP input shall accept either S-video or composite video with audio for video and audio preview. The content from this input shall be available for display on the touch panel and played back through the panel’s speakers
      7. Provide integrated and configurable red/green led status lights located on the upper left and right corners of the touch panel
      8. Provide a built-in configurable motion sensor located below the center of the touch surface allowing the panel to be woken from a sleep state or configured via software to trigger any number of actions
      9. Provide a light sensor located on the top bezel of the touchpanels that automatically adjusts the LCD screen’s backlight based on available ambient light
      10. Provide a front panel network status LED that blinks red if the touchpanel loses network connectivity with the control processor
      11. Devices shall have a menu button under the bezel or on the back of the touchpanel for setup of items such as IP address and sound volume at minimum
      12. Device shall have the following memory available, at minimum:
          1. SDRAM
             1. 128 MB for graphics processing
             2. 8 MB for system use
          2. Flash
             1. 32 MB for project storage
             2. 16 MB for system use
      13. Device shall have an optional 12 volt captive screw connection located on the back of the panel should PoE not be available
      14. Device shall include a multi-function button that allows for the reset of the device or its communication properties at minimum
      15. Device shall have the ability to controlled by an Apple iPad as a secondary point of control
      16. Device shall be black in color
   2. Mounting requirements
      1. Device shall have the ability to sit on a tabletop with a base that can be secured using the threaded holes in the base of the touch panel and while using owner furnished screws
      2. Device’s base shall be removable and allow for the touch panel to be mounted using an optional VESA D 75 mm panel mount kit and directly attached to a solid surface, two-gang mud ring or two-gang junction box
      3. Device’s base shall be weighted and allow for up to 45° of tilt
      4. Device shall have a built-in security slot located in the rear of its base that allows it to be secured using a Kensington lock
      5. Device’s base shall be able to be securely rotated horizontally ±180° with an optional swivel mount adapter
