1. Provide a browser-based media player for MP4 (M4V) files that provides playback controls, time-synchronized thumbnail images, and presents metadata that operates from PC or personal devices
   1. Browser-based media player for MP4 (M4V) files that provides playback controls, time-synchronized thumbnail images, and presents metadata shall:
      1. Play back MP4 (M4V) files produced by the Extron SMP 351 Streaming Media Processor
      2. Be used exclusively with SMP 351 recordings that have been processed by Streaming Content Manager - SCM
      3. Play back AV recordings from local or network storage locations
      4. Provide a user interface that incorporates:
         1. Video playback window
         2. Audio
         3. Playback controls including:
            1. Play
            2. Stop
            3. Jump forward or reverse to chapter/event mark
            4. Variable speed forward and reverse
         4. Playback bar and slider
         5. Audio mute and volume
         6. Time-synchronized thumbnails
         7. Metadata
      5. Be compatible with multiple browser platforms that incorporate the HTML5 video player, including:
         1. Internet Explorer versions 9 and higher
         2. Chrome versions 31 and higher
         3. Firefox versions 26 and higher
         4. Safari version 7 and higher
      6. Be compatible with browsers running on the following operating systems:
         1. Windows 7, 64 bit
         2. Apple OS version 10.6
      7. Revert media playback to Adobe Flash Player if browser does not support HTML5 video player
      8. Support customizable player layouts
      9. Meet 508 accessibility standards, offering:
         1. Assistive technology including alternate color palettes, high contrast, and zoom mode
         2. Compatibility with screen reader software
         3. Support keyboard player controls
