EBP 111 D

1. Provide an eBUS enabled, two-gang decorator-style button panel for the purpose of remotely controlling, monitoring and troubleshooting connected AV equipment and AV systems when paired with an Extron IPCP Pro series control processor.
   1. Fully-customizable eBUS enabled button panel interface.
      1. Device shall have a total of eleven fully-customizable soft-touch, backlit buttons, five dedicated for input selection, two dedicated for other AV functions, two dedicated for volume control, and the remaining two dedicated for power control arranged in a logical order.
         1. Buttons shall illuminate white when active and should have the ability to flash.
         2. Buttons shall feature two levels of illumination, dim and bright.
         3. Button text shall be able to be customized by selecting from pre-packaged kits or may be ordered individually using an online custom button application.
      2. Provide two eBUS ports on 4 pole captive screw connectors located on the back of the button panel that allows communication to the control processor and for control system expansion.
      3. Device shall feature a six pole DIP switch for assigning a unique Bus ID to the button panel.
      4. Device shall include a reset button that allows for the reset back to original factory settings.
      5. Device shall feature a BUS Diagnostic Status LED that will be used as a visual indication that the eBUS panel is communicating properly to the control processor.
      6. Device may be wired using the following topologies: Daisy Chain, Star and Hybrid.
         1. The cable length of a topology may not exceed a sum total 1,000 feet.
      7. eBUS supports a maximum of eight devices when using Global Configurator Plus or Professional
      8. eBUS supports the following cabling types:
         1. Extron STP20-2 Cable
         2. CAT5e or CAT 6 cable, the cable must be 23 AWG solid copper wire.
      9. eBUS supports power and communication over a single cable.
      10. Supports a web-based AV resource management application that provides a means to manage, monitor, and control AV equipment.
      11. Device shall be controllable using an iPad that is running an iPad App as a secondary point of control.
      12. Device shall include both white and black decorator-style wallplates.
   2. Mounting requirements
      1. Device shall have the ability to be mounted directly in a wall, lectern, or other flat surface and shall be able to be secured using the supplied mud ring and hardware.
      2. Device shall have the ability to be mounted to the surface of a wall using an optional wall box.
   3. Software requirements
      1. Device shall be configured using Global Configurator Plus or Global Configurator Professional with support for the following:
         1. Provide the ability to create E-mail notifications
         2. Provide the ability to create schedules and monitors
         3. Buttons will support the following button events:
            1. Press
            2. Release
            3. Press and hold
            4. Press and hold causing a repeating action
            5. Toggle
            6. Multi-Press
   4. Shall meet regulatory compliances
