The Extron DTP DVI 4K 230 and DTP DVI 4K 230 D are transmitter and receiver sets for sending DVI-D video, audio, and bidirectional RS-232 and IR signals up to 230 feet (70 meters) over a shielded CATx cable to Extron DTP ®-enabled products. These extenders are an economical and effective means for extending single link DVI-D or HDMI signals. In addition, the DTP DVI 4K 230 and DTP DVI 4K 230 D accept stereo analog audio signals for simultaneous transmission over the same shielded twisted pair cable. They support video signals at resolutions up to 4K. The transmitters are each equipped with a buffered DVI loop-through output for a local computer monitor. For installation flexibility, the desktop DTP DVI 4K 230 transmitter and receiver may be mixed and matched with the DTP DVI 4K 230 D Decorator-style wallplates, as well as other DTP-enabled products. The transmitters and receivers can also be remotely powered by a DTP-enabled product over the twisted pair connection.
