  • Provide Excellent Customer Service
    • Handle all Customer Service related calls and emails
    • Issue quotations through CRM
    • Enter customer orders accurately into Avante System
    • Monitors stocks availability and liaise with customers and ensure shipment of orders as scheduled
    • Generates loan/evaluations in Avante System
    • Updates CRM and assets where applicable
  • Assist team with projects as assigned
  • Develop and maintain close relationships and contact with customers
  • Ensure database accuracy with updates as required in CRM and Avante
  • Assist in resolving minor client issues when resolutions are available and know when to get a Team Leader or Manager involved
  • Issue RA  for credit, for loan and and process advance replacement orders
  • Have full understanding S3 Philosophy, Avante, CRM and Outlook
  • Utilize marketing tools such as website to support customers
  • Know Sales Policies and Procedures and Dealer Pricing levels
  • Invitations to events, schools
  • Coordinate the Extron School attendees and Enrollment
  • Maintain and file away/archives official documentation in CRM and respective locations


Qualified Candidates will have:

  • Professional, high energy, communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Any other language skill is an advantage
  • Some experience in a helpdesk support environment.
  • Proven track record of answering high volume calls, providing customer support or inside sales for technology products or electronics.
  • Desire to build customer relationships.
  • Strong attention to detail, highly organized, and computer literate.
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced professional office environment
