The Extron MTP T 15HD RS transmitter with EDID Minder® sends high resolution video and RS-232 signals long distances to a compatible MTP receiver over a single unshielded twisted pair cable. It features EDID Minder, which automatically manages EDID communication to ensure that the source powers up properly and reliably outputs content for display. The MTP T 15HD RS accepts high resolution computer-video on a female 15-pin HD connector and serial communication signals on a female 3.5 mm captive screw connector. The MTP T 15HD RS also features a local monitor output for systems that require a local display. Compatible with resolutions up to 1920 x 1200 (WUXGA), MTP T 15HD RS transmitters are ideal for applications such as large training facilities, museums, airports, movie theaters, and hotels.
