Create a Display Disconnection E-mail

  1. In the IP Link® Tree window, select a display port.

  2. Click the Monitor tab.

  3. Click the Add Monitor button.  The Monitored Conditions Wizard screen opens.

  4. In the Monitored Conditions Name field, enter a unique name.

  5. Click Next.

  6. In the Device section, select a display port.

  7. In the Status Commands section, select Connection Status: Disconnected.

  8. Click Apply Condition.

  9. Click Next.

  10. Click Next again to reach the Emails section of the wizard and add an e-mail notification.

  11. In the Email Messages section, select the Disconnect Notification message.

  12. Select the desired contacts.

  13. Click Apply Email/Contacts.

  14. Click Done.

Note:  You may use the Contact Manager and Email Manager buttons to create new e-mail contacts and new custom e-mails.
