Save As

This option is used to save the project file under a new name. The Save Configuration File as... dialog box also opens the first time that you save a configuration. Configuration files have an EDC file extension.

Saving a Configuration File As...

1. From the File menu, select Save As. The Save Configuration File as... dialog box opens.
2. Browse to the location where the configuration file is to be saved.
3. In the File name field, enter a name for the configuration file.
4. Click Save. The configuration file is saved.
