Backup DeviceIt is possible for the data in the device to become 'out of sync' with a file that created that data (for instance, if additional presets are created in Live mode, or via the FPC or SIS command), or for the original file to become lost or misplaced. To create a file that is in sync with the data in the device, the Backup utility must be run from the DSP Configurator software. As stated, when a "pull data" synchronization method is performed, preset data remains in the device, and only the list of preset names is pulled from the device. Recalling each preset individually will effectively bring that preset data into the DSP Configurator software. The Backup utility automates that process, then invokes the Save dialog to complete the backup process. To run the Backup utility:
