Output Volume ControlsEach output channel Volume block provides a single fader with a range of 0% (-100dB) to 100% volume (0dB), with a volume setting readout (in dB) below the fader. The default setting is unmuted, at 100% volume. A single mute button provides control of channel muting. Polarity can be set to +/- (positive/negative), with + as the default. A peak meter, located post-fader and pre-DAC (digital to analog converter), displays level at -60 to 0dBFS, with a last-peak-level (peak hold) readout below the meter. Mute is located post-fader, post-meter, and pre-DAC, so that when channel is muted, the signal is still visually represented in the meter. The dialog window can be sized vertically. Clicking the fader handle or clicking within the fader area brings focus to the fader. Level can be adjusted using any of the following methods: • Grab fader - click + hold fader handle, then drag to desired level in 0.1dB steps. • Up/down arrow or Page Up/Page Down - click or tab to fader handle, then use up/down arrow keys to the desired level in 1dB steps. Page Up/Page Down keys increase/decrease level by 10dBsteps. • Level setting text field - click in or tab to the level readout field (resolution is in 0.1dB increments). Type a new value, then press Enter, or Tab to another area.
