Schedule Tab

The Schedule tab is used to set scheduled actions and email deliveries. A single Schedule can include both actions and email assignments.

Actions vary by selected device, and include options such as; Power On, Power Off, Volume Up, Volume Down, Mute On, Mute Off, etc.

Custom emails can be created and sent  to specified email addresses following scheduled events.

Use the  and  buttons to expand or collapse the view of the selected schedule, action, or email tree.

Schedule an Action

To schedule an action:

  1. Click the Add Schedule button.

The Scheduled Actions Wizard dialog box opens (see below).

  1. Enter a unique Schedule Name.

  2. Select the Schedule Times.  

  3. Click Next.

  1. Click Actions (see below).

  2. Select a Subject Port (device).

  3. Select an Available Option (action).

  4. Click Apply Action.

The new action will now show up in the Scheduled Actions window (5),  and can be turned on and off by clicking its check box.

Schedule an Email Delivery

To schedule an action:

  1. Click the Add Schedule button.

The Scheduled Actions Wizard dialog box opens (see below).

  1. Enter a unique Scheduled Action Name.

  2. Select the Schedule Times.

  3. Click Emails.

  1. Select an Email Message.

  2. Select an Email Recipient.

  3. Click the Apply Email / Contacts button.

The new scheduled email will now show up in the Scheduled Actions window, and can be turned on and off by clicking its checkbox.

The Contact Manager  button opens a dialog box that allows you to add new email contacts.

The Email Manager  button opens a dialog box that  allows you to create new custom emails that can be scheduled for delivery.
