Configure a Flex I/O Port

  1. In the IP Link® Tree window, select an IPL T SFI244 or an IPL T SF24.

  2. Select a Flex I/O folder under the chosen device.

  3. Select the Input/Output Configuration tab.

  4. Select a Flex I/O port.

  5. In the Flex I/O Port Configuration section, select a mode from the Flex I/O Mode drop-down list.  Options include:

  6. Digital Input

  7. Digital Output

  8. Analog Input

  1. Enter a unique label or description.

  2. In the Open Label field, enter a unique label for the open mode.

  3. In the Close Label field, enter a unique label for the close mode.

  4. Click the Pullup check box, if desired.

  5. Click the Threshold check box, if desired, then adjust the desired lower and upper threshold limits.
