HID Modules

The Extron Annotator can interface with a wide variety of human interface devices - HIDs such as touchscreens, touch-sensitive tablets, mice, and keyboards. Some devices are natively supported by the Annotator, which automatically recognizes these HID products with no driver download or installation necessary.

• List of HID products natively supported by the Annotator

The Annotator supports additional HID products through modules that are uploaded to the Annotator through the Signal Processing Products Control Program. To make it easier to find the right module for your HID device, Extron has developed an easy-to-navigate module database. Use this database to locate the individual module package for your specific device.

• Modules designated as "Extron Certified" were designed by Extron and have been reviewed and tested. For more information about specific device compatibility, please review the communication information available for each module.
• Modules not designated as "Extron Certified" were written and reviewed in-house by Extron, but not tested with any of the supported devices listed for the module.
