As we continue adding products and product lines, we want to make sure you can easily find the information you need on Extron.com. To this end, we have just improved our product search functionality across-the-board with three powerful, time-saving search enhancements.

Extron Search

Most of you are probably familiar with the product search box in the upper-right hand corner of each Extron.com page. We have made this search much more powerful by integrating context-sensitive search functionality that instantly displays relevant product results with thumbnails in a dropdown list. But we didn't stop there. We also made this product search smarter so that it returns searches based on product popularity, and places the most popular products that fit your query near the top. Simply start typing inside the search box and results appear instantly, sorted by popularity.

Product Shortcuts

The Product Shortcuts search tool, located in the upper-left corner of each page, has also been modified for quicker searching. Now, as you enter the name of the Extron product, the product list will collapse as you type, bringing your product closer to the top with each keystroke. The dropdown list is still there as well for those who prefer scrolling through the product lines.

Web Browser Search Provider

Finally, we are very pleased to offer the Extron Search Provider. The Extron Search Provider allows you to search Extron.com right from your browser toolbar without even having to be on our Web site. Simply enter your query, and like the other two tools above, a dropdown list will appear, sorting the products as you type. If you are unsure of the exact name of the product you are looking for, simply type in part of the name, i.e. "TouchLink," and hit Enter. You'll be taken to a page on Extron.com which shows all relevant results for that keyword.
